ADOPTION PROCESS

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

 

Start by reaching out to us through our Pup-Dates form, email, or social media. Let us know what you’re looking for in a pup, and we’ll provide information on current or upcoming litters, including availability and expected adoption dates. 

 

Step 2: Pup Application

 

We want to ensure our pups go to responsible, loving homes. To help us get to know you better, you’ll complete a short Pup Application. This allows us to learn about your family, home environment, and lifestyle.

 

Step 3: Reservation Deposit

 

Once your application is approved, you may reserve your pup with a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your spot in the picking order for a specific litter. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final adoption fee.

 

Step 4: Regular Updates

 

As your pup grows, we’ll keep you updated with pictures, videos, and milestones. You’ll have the chance to watch them grow until they’re ready to come home at 8 weeks old.

 

Step 5: Pup Pick Day

 

When the pups are around 6 weeks old, we’ll schedule Pup Pick Day. Families choose their pup in the order of reservations, either in person or virtually.

 

Step 6: Final Payment

 

The remaining balance of the adoption fee is due when your pup is at Pup Pick Up. 

 

Step 7: Go-Home Day

Adoption contract will need to be signed and returned.

 

At 8 weeks old, your pup will be ready to join your family! On Go-Home Day, we’ll provide:

• Health records: Including vaccination and deworming details.

• Puppy care guide: Tips for feeding, training, and more.

• Starter pack: A small bag of food, a blanket with mom’s scent, and a favorite toy to ease the transition.
